Revised in the spring of 2014, the following proposed Design Standards have been simplified in response to feedback from property owners within the boundaries of the proposed Old Judges Hill Local Historic District. The period of significance is now from 1850 to 1960. And, this file is easily downloaded, printed or emailed to anyone who has an interest in participating in the Local Historic District process.

According to City Code, Design Standards apply only to those properties designated as contributing.
